High Fever Treatment

So the natural reaction will be hide under a blanket to get some warmth.. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!! Learnt from my Doctor Mary today that we do not do this when you have high fever.
If you have high fever, try to have some ventilation to help to cool your body down, wipe with wet cloth or what I like to do is to use some ice to wipe face, hand, neck , etc ...
Most importantly... DO NOT go and sun yorselve even though you feel it's freezing cold. I can guarantee you will surely get a super high fever.... because someone I knew did that ;)
