1 Thing I Learnt I was so anxious to bake my first cake that day because I just have the mood to do so. I bought the cracker biscuit and went back home. Open up my recipe book and start following the instruction. You won;t believe how simple is the recipe. Basically there are just 5 steps.
Oh, step 1 is easy... I did it within 5 minutes. Ok. step 2 now. I put the butter and sugar in the container and start the mixer. Spshr..... Oh no, flying butter+sugar :) I was told then I should wait until the better is soft(i just took it out fromt he fridge) before I can beat it. I waited for 30 seconds, 60... 120... 180... Arggghhh!!! Why is it so difficult. And I believe I can beat the hard butter with sugar. I on the mixer again, cover the container with a plate and start beating without bothering about anything("no eye see") Just 15 seconds later, something cross my mind.... hey.. Pink Lady, you need patient. Baking need patient, grow need patient, building friendship need patient, work need patient, learning how to live together with people need patient .... but you don't have patient at all..... I paused for a little while and start thinking. While I was thinking, the butter start to soften, and after that I took so little effort to beat it with the sugar. Just a little while, the difference of just to wait for a little longer.
