Learning new things When I write my 1st computer program in Basic, I felt like it's a new discovery. When I learn how to assemble a PC on my own, I felt like I can assemble a rocket. When I manage to get my diving license, it's like a whole new world waiting for me. and now, I'm glad that I have the opportunity to learn designing. I might not be able to produce a great work anywhere near a professional designer, but I felt I'm a little bit more complete, I do not need to depends on others when I need something. I always know things can be done if we have the determination to make it happen. When there's a will, there's a way!!! A small silly story... recently, someone told me "It's impossible to complete the task I requested because it's very dangerous to play with frequency". (note the word being used is : impossible) I hate it when the he conclude it with just a stupid statement like this. Am I a fool to accept the reason as it is? If I (just a programmer back then) am still alive playing with Xray machines, Xray generator, frequency generator & etc, how can designing a low frequency tarnsmitter and receiver kill?? You see?? If I have not learned throughout the years of working("living" should be more accurate), I might accept the statement and be a fool. I learn to know what can be done and what is a real "impossible". I learn to know how to get things done. I learn to know what is required to get thigns done. I learn to be independent. I learn to be more complete. I learn because it makes life more fun.
