Manage !!!
Isn't that simple? Management is all about managing situation, projects, problems, people and everything else.
Sometimes when we are in a "bad" situation, we choose to run away from it, pretend we are never that bad, cover up, sitting down to wait for a miracle or hoping that it's just a dream. (Sometimes I did)
* "bad", is it really a bad situation? or we preceive it's bad?
Let's forgot about how to manage and how well did we manage... the question is that did we choose the path to manage ....
Now, I choose to manage, I choose to face it without fear.

The simplest of things is ironically the most difficult to achieve. Then again, that's what makes us somewhat different than the other beings we share the earth with - flexible, persevere, challenging (or in other words contradictory, down right bull-headed and stupid)

Managing is all about lighting fires under people's chair whereas leadership is all about lighting the fire in the hearts of people.
