Back from my Holiday

Had a short break from 10th-14th June in Perhentian Island. Some highlight of the trip:

Have to wake up at 6am and start driving out of KL to beat the morning traffic. Finally reached the Kuala Besut Jetty about 7pm. hahah ... such a long journey, but of course we stop by places for bfast, lunch, tea time & shopping ;)
Nothing much to do at night and my roommate did a crazy video, hahah ... see if I can upload that later on.

Next day (11/6) got up at 6 am again for brerakfast and cross the sea to the island.... 1st snorkelling trip at 9:30 am and I was suffering a slight sea sick. However I still continue until evening.
After dinner, we walk about 10 minutes away from our resort for a drink, who would have guess what happen next? A thunder storm welcomed us to the island. 3 canopy at the cafe collapsed and we got stucked there until 10:30pm then only manage to run back to our resort. What a day ... thunderstorm

12-June-2008. Another snorkelling day. I have to say that it is rather disappointing. Corals are mostly dead.... Another rainy day at night. Grrrrr

13 June 2008. We decided to book an additional snorkelling trip to Pulau Rawa(Rawa Island). Aha ... the island adventure has just begun here ^_^

We went to 3 island all together, but I couldn't remember the name of the island correctly (Pulau Rawa, Pulau Seringgit, Pulau Tengku xxx).

At the 1st island, we were very happy with the beauty if the corals and those beautiful fishes. They are hugh. Also we saw stingray, sharks, bumbhead and, hahhaahh we were attacked by Jelly Fish. Even the guide and boatman was afraid and asked us to all go back to the boat. What an experience! It's painful and scary.

The other 2 islands were also very beautiful as compare to Marine Park, Shark Point, TunaBay...

I had my 2nd chance of driving a boat on the way back to the resort. Though I hit into a float and a coconut ( hahaha) , we arrived safely.

Had some beach game at about 6pm and BBQ dinner. Waoh ... so gooooooooooooood...

14/6/2008. Wake up at 7:30 and get ready to go back. Reach the Jetty at 9 am and then reach KL at 7:30 for dinner..

A very good and tiring trip, hahahah ...
Next target is a diving trip
