Stress Free??

Had lunch with a friend few days ago and we were talking about stress. Friend made a statement that he cannot see when I'm stress... hmmm ... interesting statement that made me pause and think for a while. I always thought I'm the other way round, the whole world will know when I am stress :) because I will start acting different to cover the stress ... and the end result is... more stress

Been through a very stressful week....
(1) Hong Leong computer system down for 6 days made me really mad. My main account (means money also) is completely freezed. Emergency always happen when you can't do anything. So helpless... Now I understand why some older generation cannot trust IT and prefer to put their money underneath their pillow .. hahaha

(2) Another fish died under my care. So sad and disappointed. Did I kill it intentionally? I didnot :( I've really tried my best to take care of it...

(3) Long holiday is coming soon, there are so much things to be done/completed before the long break.... machines not function properly *scratch scratch head* do not know what is the root cause

(4) Travelled outstation, this made me very tired....

Nothing unsolvable... but I just got so stressed up by situations and by myself ...
Well... I guess the long holiday break comes just at the right time..
