Re-programming the brain What do you do when you feel like going to toilet ? Do you have a check list to make sure your steps/ flow is correct? We are so used to these routines that we do not need to think about it. Something happen today that makes me have to re-program my brain... because I have to change the "norm". I went to pantry to take some water using the following flow: 1. Take a 2. Walk to the pantry 3. Put 4. Start filling in water oppss.... I realize some is wrong because the water didn't fill the container ... ** I forgot to open the cover of my container ** (Smart girl) I was so used to using a cup, but I didn't notice at that moment I was using my 600ml container.
