New LCD So I decided to call Dell's support call center and see if they can do something about it or not. Their support engineer came just now about 2:30 pm and change a new LCD screen for me ^-^. This is what I like about Dell. Whenever you call them for support, they will change a new part for you then bring back the "faulty" part to test in their lab. Not like other supplier, you need to bring back to their HQ and leave it there for weeks ...
